PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari has ordered troops to launch airstrikes on bandits who have been terrorising communities in Niger, Kaduna and Zamfara states.
The President’s order followed assurances that the harmattan haze, which previously hampered military air operations, is gradually clearing out.
